opened a new telephone call centre in Dubai.
What this means for you: All our reservation agents are bilingual
and specialized in tourism. Their on-site presence means that
they have visited all our hotels and can thus offer you objective
advice according to your specific needs and areas of interest
(family, luxury vacations, diving, parasurfing…). We have recruited reservation agents who have
worked for major hotels and resorts in Dubai:
as a result, they are wholly familiar with your destination.
Our local partner agencies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
What this means for you: Staff on hand at the airport to welcome
you on your arrival; a permanent presence at the airport to
assist you in the event of a problem; guaranteed visits (at
least 3) by our representative to your hotel during your stay
(to assess your degree of satisfaction, to organize excursions…);
a 24-hour Hotline available to you in both destinations. In
short, once you get there, we take care of you!
